About the Project
As a leading aquatic toxicity laboratory in the Northeast, New England Bioassay needed a high-performance, chemical-resistant flooring solution for their 4,200 sq. ft. lab renovation. They partnered with Everlast Industrial Flooring to ensure a durable, seamless, and contamination-free environment. During concrete surface preparation, our team conducted RH moisture tests and discovered elevated moisture levels, which could compromise the epoxy installation. To prevent floor failure, Everlast installed a moisture mitigation system before applying a 3-Coat Thin Mil Epoxy System, creating a waterproof, seamless, and clean-room-ready surface. Everlast Industrial Flooring specializes in epoxy and urethane cement flooring for laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and healthcare environments.
